For adults wanting to successfully engage in social activities without distress. 

If you’ve been experiencing:

Isolation due to anxiety

Difficulty successfully communicating in social situations

Challenges initiating conversations with those outside of your inner circle

Attending an anxiety group can help with:

Developing new techniques to manage anxiety

Provide peer support and connection

Understanding you aren’t helpless against anxiety and can learn new skills with support

Go from feeling anxious and isolated to feeling confident and connected
