Our practice is based on a passion for working with teens, running groups, working with folks that are going through Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Depression and Phase of life issues (and others, of course).
Our team is built on finding clinicians who are independent, driven, collaborative, connected, have a positive mindset, and enhance our sense of fun. Clinicians will be W-2 employee status.
We recognize that the systemic barriers within the mental health field for people of color, people from working class backgrounds, women and people in the LGBTQIA++ community are egregious. We believe that the experiences of these communities must be valued in the work we do. In order to change the mental health field we strongly encourage applications from people with these identities or who are members of other historically underrepresented communities.
Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Licensed Clinicians who want to join a group practice are looking for stability, community and benefits. We get it! We want those things too! We are excited to be able to say we offer all those things and more. We believe in building a community that includes a balanced life between our clinical work and our personal life. With a little fun thrown in for good measure!
Associate Clinician
(Pre-Licensed)
We love working with Pre-Licensed folks! We provide a steady referral stream to help you get your hours toward your license. In addition to getting these hours you will have the opportunity to help you develop your clinical skills, build a community and live a balanced life.
