A little about me

I support individuals as they navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.

I believe healing happens in relationship.

Every person has a unique story shaped by experiences, relationships, culture, and the ways they have learned to move through the world. Counseling offers a space to slow down and better understand those experiences with curiosity and compassion. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels collaborative, authentic, and grounded in trust. My hope is that individuals feel encouraged as they gain insight and move toward the kind of life they want for themselves.

As a developing counselor, I value creating a space where clients feel seen and safe enough to explore what they are carrying. I particularly resonate with relational, attachment-based, somatic, and existential approaches that consider how our experiences and relationships shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. I believe growth can happen through connection and feeling genuinely understood. My style is warm, relational, and grounded in curiosity and authenticity.

I am currently a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Fox University completing training under supervision. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, hiking, baking, and exploring new places.
