A little about me
I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while
working toward a deeper understanding of themselves and more meaningful connections with
others.
I believe healing begins with being truly seen.
We all carry stories shaped by our relationships, cultures, identities, and life experiences.
Sometimes those stories leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of
who we are. I believe counseling is a collaborative process where we work together to create
a space that feels safe enough to honestly explore those experiences. As a counselor, I hope to
support you in understanding yourself more deeply, processing painful experiences, building
healthier relationships, and moving toward a life that feels more meaningful and true to who
you are. I hope you feel understood and supported while also having space to grow and
reconnect with yourself.
I deeply value genuine human connection in the counseling process. My approach is
relational, empathetic, culturally aware, and trauma-informed. I value authenticity, curiosity,
respect, and honoring each person’s unique background and lived experience.
I am currently a Master’s level intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Fox
University and am under the supervision of my University and Karina Pierce.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy exploring new places and experiences, watching movies and
shows, creating arts, playing video games, and appreciating small moments of beauty in
everyday life.
