I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are find clarity, self-compassion, and a path forward—through curiosity, connection, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
A little about me
I offer a warm, affirming space where you can come exactly as you are—no masks, no
need to shrink or explain. Together, we’ll explore the stories and systems that have
shaped you, care for the parts that feel hurt or unsure, and gently reconnect you with
your voice, your values, and the life you want to build. My approach blends Narrative
and Existential therapy with practical tools from IFS, CBT, and mindfulness-based
practices to support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. That means
we’ll explore the deeper stories and emotions beneath your struggles while also building
concrete skills to help you navigate life with more ease, choice, and self-compassion.
I work with people from all walks of life—those sorting through life transitions, anxiety,
grief, identity exploration, trauma, or relationship challenges. I have a special passion
for holding space for queer, trans, non-monogamous, polyamorous, neurodivergent,
kink-affirming, and larger-bodied folks, and I approach this work through a lens of social
justice and body liberation. That said, you don’t have to hold any particular identity to
feel welcome here—if you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth,
curiosity, and respect, I’d be honored to work with you.
I’m currently completing my master’s in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Lewis
& Clark College and am under supervision at Dr. Sanderson and Associates. I hold a
B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and have experience facilitating
support groups and serving in leadership and advocacy roles that support connection
and visibility in the counseling community.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my spouse and chosen family, exploring
the Pacific Northwest, and getting lost in good storytelling—whether through books,
games, or travel. As someone who is queer, neurodivergent, and passionate about
creating affirming, inclusive spaces, I know how powerful it can be to find a place where
you feel safe to be fully yourself. I’d be honored to hold that space with you.
