Anxiety Skills Group 

Go from feeling anxious and isolated to feeling confident and connected

The Goal

At the end of group members will have a better understanding of their anxiety and recognize the triggers of anxiety in their everyday lives. Additionally, receive fundamental tools to reduce the frequency of unproductive worry and help them be able to identify irrational and rational thoughts.

If you’ve been experiencing:

- Situational or general anxiety symptoms.

- Difficulty with stress management or concentrating.

- Intrusive thoughts.

- Challenges engaging in larger groups.


Attending this group can:

- Help you develop new techniques to manage anxiety.

- Help you identify anxiety triggers.

- Provide a space to practice interacting with others.
